Do you ship paintball markers and airsoft guns across the country?
Yes, we ship nationwide. However, please ensure you are aware of your local and provincial regulations regarding the ownership and transport of airsoft and paintball equipment before ordering.
What is your return policy on tactical gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used safety goggles, masks, or opened packages of BBs and paintballs.
Do my airsoft or paintball markers come with a warranty?
Most high-end markers and airsoft guns come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 90 days to one year. DMZ Paintball & Airsoft also provides a 30-day limited shop warranty against manufacturing defects.
How do I know if a specific mask will fit me?
Most modern masks feature adjustable elastic straps and interchangeable foam to fit a wide range of head sizes. We recommend checking the product description for 'Asian Fit' or 'Small Profile' tags if you have specific sizing needs.
Can I fill my HPA or CO2 tanks at your physical location?
Yes, we offer high-pressure air (HPA) and CO2 fills at our retail storefront. Please ensure your tanks are within their hydro-test date; we cannot legally fill expired cylinders.
